Glencove

Mai, Couch and Associates designed this 38 Acre flood zone into a 230 Unit Town Home Subdivision. MCA keeps cost effectiveness a top priority in every design. Their Quality Control Teams keep the cost of development low while ensuring public safety. This held true in the Glencove Subdivision Design. With their state of the art design capabilities, MCA designed a 12 Acre retention pond that produced 250,000 cubic yards of soil for the Clients use and sale.
